I’d Buy This House
An Editor's Note
Yeah, I’m finally here, diving into houses.
Let’s get something out of the way. I’m a snob.
In the best possible way.
About houses.
About whether a home has bones or just a pretty face.
About whether a room knows how to hold light.
About whether something is actually worth loving for the next twenty years and not just for one good Instagram photo.
And no, I am not done with life lessons or love stories. Those never really end. But right now it all comes together here, in the spaces we choose to live in and the lives we build inside them.
When you work with me, you’ll see it. I don’t sugarcoat. I don’t hype. I tell it like it is because at the end of the day I want you to love the life and the home you create, not just the listing you bought.
Some houses are turnkey.
Most need a little or a lot of love.
Just like us.
And honestly that is when it gets good.
That is when the story starts.
That is when you make it yours.
That is when you become the person at the dinner party who cannot wait to say, “Wait until you see what we did to this place.”
This is where I will show you the houses I cannot stop thinking about. The ones with real potential, real character, and real upside.
The ones that make you linger.
The ones you keep coming back to.
The ones you start mentally redecorating before you even leave the driveway.
Not everything will be perfect. But nothing ever is.
If it were, we’d have nothing to gossip about.
Welcome to I’d Buy This House. 😏
